We all know a photographer that may seem to have every piece of gear and you can’t figure out what to get them. So I’ve created a list compiling 7 perfect gifts for photographers under $25!

These gift suggestions are all under $25 so they can also be great as gag gifts or just fun things to have around the house. Some of these items are super useful and photographers can never have too many of them.

Without further ado, check out my list of perfect gifts for photographers under $25.

For when it’s cold:

Palmyth Neoprene 2 Cut Finger Gloves- These gloves are perfect for photographers when they need some protection from the cold. The tip of the index finger and thumb can be removed from the glove so they can press the shutter and/or use any buttons on the back of the camera.

Also great if you need to use your phone to create some Instagram stories while you’re out shooting! These gloves are not insulated so they are not recommended in super cold temps.

For the coffee-drinking photographer:

Funny Photographer Coffee Mug– Here’s a fun little 14oz coffee mug that states “I Shoot People and Sometimes Cut Off Their Heads.”

I myself don’t cut any client’s heads off during sessions but this would be the perfect gift for someone you know who does.

For the stuck or ‘out of ideas’ photographer:

Photography Idea Cards– These cards can be useful to get the photographer’s creative juices going. Each card presents a unique theme or challenge. You can pick one a day or even combine a few for a unique challenge. Includes 72 ideas.

A photographer always needs memory cards:

SanDisk 32GB Ultra Class– A photographer can never have enough memory cards. This is a 32GB card but any size will do. I normally use a pair of 32GB when I’m shooting events. I’ll change them out when they get full. I probably have a total of 6 cards now but will be getting more soon.

For that concert-loving photographer:

Amlong Crystal 6″ Optical Glass Triangular Prism– Add a unique twist to your photos at the next big show. Hold this in front of your lens, experiment with angles, and love the results.

When the photographer wants a little extra flair for their phone:

Camera Dial Manual Mode PopSocket Grip– This PopSocket grip/stand is great for any photographer who uses their phones a lot. Anyone with a DSLR should recognize this dial. Whether you have a great understanding of shooting in manual or prefer full auto, this PopSocket grip is for you.

Keeping that glass clean:

MagicFiber Microfiber Cleaning Cloths, 6 PACK– Camera maintenance is a big deal for photographers and having these in each camera bag is a necessity. These fiber wipes can also be stashed in your pocket when you have to leave your bag behind. Removes dust, oil smudges, fingerprints, and dirt on camera lens, camera LCD screens or even your glasses during that day-long event you’re covering.

Bonus:

TAKSTAR SGC-598 Interview Microphone– This item doesn’t quite make it below the $25 but it’s super close so I wanted to include somehow. Most photographers now a days want to create content that supports their photography. Maybe how-to videos, interviews with other artists, or even provide full-on video coverage in addition to their photography services. This microphone can do it all. It is an entry level microphone but according to reviewers, it is capable of producing high quality results. Only for Nikon/Canon cameras.
